Two panel Byobu, with silk brocade border and dark brown would moulding. Back side is papered in pale blue green.

Dimensions:
60 in. H x 54 in. W

Condition:
few minor dings in wood framing and a few minor repairs on face of screen-top left and bottom right

Medium:
ink over silver leaf, screen-mounted

Year:
Meiji Era, 1868-1912

Notes: An especially appealing quiet design. Note the delicate designs on the fans, and the silver leaf whose reflective quality is subdued with an over painting with ink. Reduced from $4500
