Very good, age and "character" marks top surface

Signature & Seals:
on the sie in sumi ink: Owned by Gensakui Kumade, Gifu Prefecture Inaba. Dated Meiji 41 (1908)

Medium:
sgui cryptomeria cedar, with burl facing. rawers lined with gold leaf pattern paper.

Year:
1941

Notes: Distinctive ironwork, and locks indicating it was probably used by a merchant.
